HP Server DPS-1200FB Power Supply Extrusion Mounts

I love HP DPS - 1200FB Power supplies for their exceptional performance. They can be purchased used on eBay for $29 each, offering a clean output of up to 57A (900W) at 12v all day long. These power supplies are also incredibly quiet because they never have to work hard. My printer consumes 24A at 12v when heating the bed and extruder simultaneously, yet the PSU fan runs idly even under these conditions. These high-quality power supplies are typically removed from data center servers after a specific number of service hours to minimize the risk of failure. However, they realistically have years of life left in them. I use them as power sources for my LiPo chargers, 3D Printers, LED Christmas lights, and other devices. To set up these power supplies as standalone units, refer to the detailed instructions on rchelination.com (read carefully and take necessary safety precautions): http://www.rchelination.com/setting-hp-dps-1200fb-power-supply/ This mount is a custom design for attaching one PSU to my Hypercube 300 CoreXY 3D Printer. The printer's movements and vibrations necessitate special considerations. Necessary hardware includes: Print two tops and two bottoms 4 M3x20mm button head screws 4 M3 plain nuts 4 M5x10mm screws 4 M5 hammer nuts A roll of 3M Extreme double stick tape (gray with red backing) To mitigate potential vibrations and improve air circulation, I cut 8-20mm squares from the tape roll and place them in the top and bottom halves of the mount. Despite their robust performance, these power supplies rarely get hot.
