Do you have a vintage [HP Series 80 computer](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HP_series_80), but it is missing the module covers? Well, fret no more at your open port!! This model replicates the look and fit of the originals, and will help stop prying hands when you show your piece of nostalgia off at the local Maker Faire! This model is based on photographs and measurements of the original. It is not an exact copy; in particular, the original used injection molded plastic that required draft angles so the part could be removed from the mold. Without that constraint (and the difficulty of measuring small angles from photos!), this is squarer. The difference between v1 and v2 is in the tabs behind the "ears" of the cover. These thin tabs keep face a little bit elevated from the surface and allow you to use your fingernails to remove the cover. v1 has thin tabs, like the original, but these are prone to breaking off if you print with a hard material. If they break off, the covers won't sit flush and may be at different depths -- so I recommend using v2, which has thicker tabs that are sturdier. Due to the thin walls and high detail, I recommend printing this on a resin printer. It hasn't been tested with an extrusion-type printer, but it could probably be adapted for that use. Please remix, but not commercially! (see license)
