Snap fit. PETG works great, haven't tried PLA or ABS. The STLs are made for my IPD (63.5mm). You can easily alter the design with Fusion360 to fit your needs. Open "UpperInside" sketch and alter the offset for your IPD. With offset is set to 0 the corresponding Zenni IPD is 62mm. If your Zenni IPD is > 62 the offset is ([your_ipd] - 62) / 2. So if you are ordering new lenses set the IPD to 62mm and leave the offset at 0mm (it doesn't matter what your actual IPD is)! You can also increase/decrease the lens gap if needed (edit the "LensGapPlane").
