Remixed the original design that was for a wall mount option and converted to be used on aluminum extrusion profiles. It is designed for 8mm button head screws. Split the model down center and added a circular “dovetail” locking feature. This allows this to be printed with zero supports. You could add a small amount of superglue at the locking feature if desired.
