To repair the right-hand side of the printer mechanics, which can be a bit tricky to align due to tooth-wheels, search for "right lever lock replace hp laserjet 3000" online. A helpful video titled "tonerlock3.wmf" is also available on HP's FTP site, although it may require some effort to locate. To achieve an accurate hole, a warm-hot 5mm drill bit is recommended. The hole body has been designed with a slightly thicker diameter than the original to minimize axial gap and ensure smooth operation. Sanding of the support surface will be required after installation.
