I have adjusted the bracket to fit the small HP Procurve 10 port 2520-2530 into a normal comms rack. I also expanded the screw holes going onto the rack and thickened the plastic so it will not flex once its screwed onto the switch. 40% infill with no support 0.2 layer should be fine, its not like we look at our switch racks all day :)
