The measured radius is actually 4.7mm, which suggests that the actual diameter is a whopping 9.4mm. However, when printing with my trusty printer using this calculated radius, the end result turns out to be frustratingly tight for my favorite pen. I highly suggest starting with a practical radius right from the get-go. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable printing experience. As for my pen model, it's a 1MR94AA, but I'm guessing that other models will also work seamlessly with this calculation.
