HP OfficeJet 100 MFP175nw Main Paper Tray Cover / Enclosure

EARLY PREVIEW / WORK IN PROGRESS: I'm still refining and testing this, but it's based on a cardboard prototype I created first, so it should be close. This is a custom main paper tray cover for the HP OfficeJet 100 MFP 172nw. The printer usually doesn't come with a cover for its main paper tray, leaving the paper exposed to dust. This design provides a free upgrade, giving you the missing paper cartridge/cover/enclosure that HP tried to sell you as an extra feature. The "nw" in 175nw indicates network support, but this print should fit any MFP 100 or 175 model, and possibly other printers in the HP OfficeJet MFP range. I'm not aiming for a super tight fit at this point: it simply sits over the paper tray and covers it. The edges are bevelled where humans will be touching them, while remaining flat where they should sit flush against the printer without letting dust in. Eventually, I might try replacing the original paper tray with one that locks into the printer like the original did. If anyone with CAD experience wants to modify this design for that purpose, I'd love to see it and print it out.
