I needed a half-height PCIe bracket for my HP NIC, but the design on Thingiverse that fits the Intel card wasn't quite right for this HP NC364T card. This design seems to fit quite nicely and lets me mount the card correctly in a SFF PC. To print it successfully, you'll need to use supports, and I recommend printing it with an angle so it's not standing upright against the build plate - otherwise, it will be brittle along the Z seams.
