my mouse never had a battery door and the tag to remove the batteries would always drag along any surface i put the mouse on. i did some measurements, a few test runs and some fine tuning. i'll include my files if anyone wants to have a play around with my drawings. print settings printer: xyz davinci aio 1.0 rafts: doesn't matter supports: yes infill: solid 90% + notes: print instructions: -use your smallest layer height achievable -shells thin -i used abs (i don't see why it wouldn't work in pla) -speed: normal/ slow -i used 90% infill (my highest solidity) -temperature was determined by xyzware, i did open the panels on my printer though to help with cooling after first layers were down. -use supports for more accuracy. *scalpel cleanup was required how i designed this google sketchup i used google sketchup to draw this and export to .stl using an add-on/extension
