I beefed up the headband clamps with curved extensions to minimize breakage risk. One print broke due to this upgrade. I also redesigned the zip tie holes and added thick guide grooves to the curved mounts, eliminating the need for support material removal issues that caused cable mount breaks. The new design prevents triggers of unnecessary support in slicing. I extended and rounded off the end with a cable mount modification. Despite using the slicer's Forced Support feature, limiting it to required levels, the current version is buggy.
