An HP/HPE Gen8 PSU makes a fantastic 12V, high current power supply for R/C chargers. I picked up a couple of the 460W versions for free (the 750W version is identical in size). The 460W offers 12V at 38A. This cover serves to tidy up the business end, making it more difficult to short out the 12V connectors. Note that the mains input power is not present at the back; this cover does not protect users from shock. Only 12v and signal connections are located at the rear. Designed to be a fraction too small, and printed in TPU, this cover is stretched over the PSU, resulting in a tight friction fit. A 1mm lip in the design pushes up against the metal case of the PSU. I personally applied a spot of superglue to ensure the cover wouldn't move accidentally. I also cabled tied the output wires to the metal grid at the back of the PSU, reducing strain on the solder joints. 18th Sep 2019 - I added a twin PSU and a sleeve to enable two of these to be joined together to create a 24V high current PSU, ideal for charging large RC batteries.
