I'm making a clam shell case for my HP 10bII+ calculator. The design features an extra battery compartment. Post-Manufacturing Sanding the hinge is crucial to ensure smooth operation. I thoroughly sand both the hinge and female connectors to enhance the opening and closing of the container. To do this, I take a strip of sandpaper and carefully thread it through the male gap in the hinge, sanding until it feels smooth.
