If you're looking for an affordable 300W+ PSU, HP ESP-128 stands out as a great option. It delivers a constant 26A at 12V, making it suitable for all your DC needs. The only drawback of this PSU is that its cooling relies on the fans in the server. To prevent overheating when used as a standalone power source, you'll need to add additional cooling measures. In addition to accommodating two 40x40mm FANs, the designed part also features space for two status LEDs, an XT60 connector, and an on/off switch. The design includes pins for fast FAN grills mounting. These pins should be printed with TPU, while the main element works well made of PLA. Printing without supports with any desired infill is acceptable. On top of the PSU is a FAN rpm regulator that you can add if you like.
