I needed a Fan mod for my HP DPS-700 GB PSU. I wanted it to be perfect for fpv battery chargers. One piece was needed for the front and one for the back that could be tightened with screws. Little stands were added to prevent heat from accumulating underneath it, and good wiring solutions were implemented. The 80mm fan fit tightly enough to simply stick it in (wiring connected to one +/- output directly). I also added a standard on/off switch to turn the PSU on (see picture; two contacts had to be bridged and the switch wired to another). The stock Power LED could be moved to the front. Under the contact panel is a small box to store wiring cables from the switch and fan. This build was designed for 12AWG wire layout with two separate lines coming out at the side. Print the front panel fan facing downwards.
