My colleague has a peculiar habit of placing his laptop in the dock and instinctively pressing the power button, inadvertently shutting down his computer. To prevent such accidents, I came up with a simple solution that involves inserting a tab into the security lock, which cleverly overlaps the power button, thereby preventing accidental shutdowns. While it's possible for him to modify the power button's function, this fix seemed like a more creative and effective approach.
