I use this power supply from a HP DL380G5 server to power my RC charger, which is a clever application of its capabilities. The big pads on the power supply are perfect for direct soldering, but they also leave the connectors exposed and susceptible to accidental shorts. To prevent such mishaps, I designed this case, which should also reduce vibrations transmitted to the table. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa I3 Hephestos Rafts: No rafts are needed for this design. Supports: No supports are required due to its sturdy build. Resolution: The minimum resolution of 0.3mm provides a high level of detail. Infill Density: A moderate infill density of 50% is used to balance weight and strength. Notes: This case was designed with the power supply already wrapped in strong packaging tape, which may require additional support or shrink wrapping for a tight fit.
