HP DL380 power supply conversion

Transform an old HP DL380 G2 server power supply into a versatile hobby power supply by modifying it to always be on. After printing and wiring female bullet jacks, you'll have a neat 12V 32A power source. Secure the 4mm bullet connectors with set screws or hot glue, as they typically have an outer dimension of 5mm with a 5.5mm shoulder. For those with 4.75mm connectors without a shoulder, there's also an alternative version. You can find these connectors at R/C hobby stores. Keep wire lengths short to avoid fan contact. The power supply fits HP DL380 Generation 2 (ESP113), and possibly others. Mod details available here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=358340.
