This is a cover for the bus connectors on HP common rail PSUs. It slots over the PCB and has a cutout that can accommodate two XT60 Connectors stacked on top of each other. Additionally, it has a hole for a 13mm * 8,5mm switch to be able to switch the PSU on and off. The cover has insertable plugs to mark the positive and negative side of the output. To attach the plugs you can bend some thick copper wire into an L shape and solder it to the bus connections and one side of the plugs. Do the same on both sides of the connectors.
