This build is an all-new creation rather than just tweaking the original holder. The old one was over-engineered, making card ID's shift about, so I redrew this model to be leaner, more compact and accommodating for cards that stay snugly in place. Key features are built-in support pillars beneath the HP logo section which will need careful breaking out with something thin like a blade or screwdriver to slip your card inside comfortably. Also helps if you run a fine tool along the top & bottom overhangs to remove any stuck filament bits obstructing its fit. Print Settings: Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Use Rafts: Yes Supports Needed: No Resolution Preference: High Infill Percentage: 10% Special Instructions: When building this model, it's a good idea to remove the small support pillars under the logo area with something thin like a knife or screwdriver. It also helps to run a tool along the top and bottom overhangs to clear out any excess filament that may have stuck during printing. Suggestions for Future Improvement: Add a Small Battery Holder & LED Light A small battery holder integrated into this thing would be really cool - I could imagine powering an LED to highlight it in the dark! Emphasize the Logo I find that my previous printouts of this design struggled with poor visibility of the logo. My suggestion for future printing is to set a pause and replace filament before finishing the logo area, aiming for a contrasting hue to stand out better.
