These parts replace the standard fan brace in HP 66xx System power supplies and the like. The standard brace is made of circuit board material and allows for air leakage around the fan, it also lacks any support on the other end of the long heat sinks. I suggest putting some tape along the top of the two heat sinks too, to seal it up and keep the air flowing through where it's needed. You'll need two M3.5x0.6 screws to hold the rear brace in place.
