I could not find the right size o-rings to repair my card readers and decided to 3D print a wheel. After a few iterations I came up with this design that works great in my card readers. It is a friction fit and grabs the card good enough, with nothing binding or jamming. This is crucial with a small part like this. I also printed it slow (10 mm/s) and with the cooling fan on medium. Layer height 0.2mm, two perimeters.
