Hozelock Square Tap Connector

<p>The existing Hozelock Tap Connector doesn't fit square taps very well. I created this tap adapter in Fusion 360 to better fit the square taps that I have in my house.</p><p>Both the adaptor body and screw should be printed in the orientation supplied. In the case of the body, it is printed laying flat on the print bed so that the layer lines run down the length of the connector. This will make it more resistant to failure when tightening the screw.</p><p>I printed with 4 walls (perimeters) for added strength. Supports are required when printing the connector body.</p><p>The model utilises 3 rubber parts from an original Hozelock tap connector.</p><p>Use at your own risk!</p><p>----------------</p><p>Update - 22nd August 2022</p><p>Added models for a larger connector and screw giving an additional 1cm of clearance for larger taps. (e.g. mixer taps).</p>
