FOR HOZELOCK MODELS; Aquaforce 2500 Titan 2000 Easyclear 6000 / 7500. this is version V1, which has been running in my pond for a week now. you will need a small file to reduce the blade height, and will have to lightly sand the outside of the shaft. (both took me 30 seconds). this fits very tight to the magnet. i didnt do this, but next time i would; lightly rub the inside of the shaft with sandpaper to remove any loose filament. line up the shaft with the splines. push down until the shaft clicks into place. now sand the outside shaft and blades. when fitted in the pump you should be able to turn the impeller with a stick / screwdriver. due to filament stringing from the overhang, i was going to re engineer this to have a thicker base, and i will when the pump breaks again. my pump stopped working, hozelock wanted £35 for this small piece of plastic.
