Hozelock Compatible Adapter

I'm stuck trying to find a matching Hozelock part, so it's clear I'm attempting to force something that was never intended by the manufacturer. My entire setup is made up of Hozelock fittings, and I suspect the sprinkler is too. In any case, 3D printing gives me the ability to quickly fix this problem by combining two existing components. I've included the original component codes for easy access. For some reason, a small unnecessary screw ends up in my final STL, even after I've tried removing it. If anyone knows how to eliminate this issue with a comment, I'd greatly appreciate it. While troubleshooting, I realized that I needed a gasket to stop the water from flooding everywhere. So, I printed off an earlier design I had created (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1584431) using TPU material.
