How small a line can your printer produce?

thingiverse

I sought to discover the smallest line my printer could produce, so I created this print which displays every combination from 0.1 x 0.1 to 1 x 1 in a 10 cm by 10 cm grid. The y values increment along one side while the z values increment on the other. Locate the smallest one that meets your requirements and then count the squares (in both directions) from 0.1 x 0.1 to determine its size. The test lines are printed atop a 0.6 wide by 0.2 high grid which is 10 cm by 10 cm. The test line is drawn diagonally across each 10 mm by 10 mm square. The height increases by 0.1 mm along the x-axis and the width increases by 0.1 mm along the y-axis. The square ending at 10,10 mm will be 0.1 mm high and 0.1 mm wide. The square finishing at 40,60 mm will be 0.4 mm high and 0.6 mm wide.
