Enhanced Copter Design: Base structure becomes thicker and more rigid. Five additional mounting points are incorporated at the front to secure gimbal vibration balls in place. Pivot slots are extended to create an X-shaped layout for increased stability. The "Arm plate" is reinforced, featuring redesigned slots tailored to the thicker base's dimensions. Arms are revamped to accommodate 200mm or 8 inch propellers. Optimal Printing Settings: Use a layer height of 0.3mm for crisp details. Apply two solid layers on top and bottom with five extrusions each for maximum durability. Infill density is set at 40% to achieve a strong yet lightweight frame, featuring honeycomb patterns. Perimeter settings are adjusted to four minimum for stability and structure. Printing Without Supports: All features of the design should be printable without any supports.
