This is a brand new set of landing gear designed specifically for the Hovership MHQ2 quadcopter. When assembling, make sure to screw in the gear with a sturdy M3x5mm machine screw rather than through-bolting it. Take care not to over-tighten the screw as this will damage the threads. A special tip: adding some super glue will ensure a secure bond between the gear and the quadcopter's body, especially during handling. These landing gears provide solid support for a 4-cell battery measuring 42mm by 35mm, along with its impressive 4000mah lipo battery capacity. A crucial update includes an adapter tray specifically designed for accommodating 4s (four cells) Turnigy Nano Tech batteries weighing in at a modest 2200mah. It's essential to note that I have taken advantage of a great opportunity, courtesy of acquiring two extra units, by developing this compact adapter tray on short notice. The primary reason behind creating this unique design was so it can easily fit inside the main landing gear/battery holder. Below are my recommended print settings for optimal results: Rafts: The decision on whether to include rafts or not is left up to your discretion, however they offer some additional support when required. Resolution: A higher resolution of .20 is preferred to produce the finest level of detail in each model part printed with the selected settings. Infill: Choosing an infill rate of 25% helps maintain balance between model lightness and robust strength for each design that undergoes 3D printing using your printer machine.
