UPDATE : V3 now live, after further crash testing and pinpointing where previous designs faltered, I proudly unveil V3. A significant change lies in the lowered back plate and revised rear screw mounts. Historically, the rear panel was a weak point that unnecessarily amplified pressure on the camera during crashes. Thankfully, the key to holding the camera firmly in place resides with the reliable velcro strap. Additionally, I've incorporated extra strength at the rear via additional screw mounts, and to maintain structural integrity, I continue to employ a zip tie through the central axis. Up until this point, V3 has withstood extreme crashes without incident. UPDATE : V2 now available, incorporating heightened fortitude at both front and rear to improve crashworthiness. Inspired by firsthand experiences of crashing ,I advise users to consider printing as solid for an extra dose of resilience. As I take the first step in developing a custom mount tailored specifically for the Hovership Expro GoPro case within an Armattan F1 FPV class frame, it's essential to acknowledge that I haven't yet subjected this version to thorough testing. Use discretion and remain cautious until I update this design in response to weaknesses or issues stemming from actual crashes and regular use.
