I modeled the Houston Texans logo in SolidWorks, making sure every printed piece perfectly aligns with its counterparts for seamless assembly. I achieved this by incorporating strategically placed holes that line up when snapped together. Users have the freedom to print these custom pieces in a range of colors – primarily red, white, and blue – which suits the team's color scheme. In my design, the main body featuring tabs is intentionally colored white, while the star-shaped piece remains true to its Texas pride with a bold blue hue, and the small accent component pops with a vibrant red tone. Print files Texans3 and Texans2 will give you a clear visual representation of the hole pattern, which proves easier to work with in this orientation. By printing these parts one by one and adhering them together with a few well-placed dabs of glue on each tab, fans can proudly display their Houston Texans spirit in stunning 3D form.
