Houston Texans Bull

I created this design for a friend who is planning to take a giant Connect 4 game to his tailgating parties when he goes to the games. Along with this refined version, I included an earlier and more crude model that features a thinner ring but lacks visual appeal due to its low poly count. To address these issues, I revised both designs by increasing the thickness of the ring and the overall height of the object. Typically, I print this design with a relatively low infill percentage to minimize filament usage without compromising strength. Initially, I produced these models using PLA, but given the sweltering Texas summers, I began creating them from ABS to enhance their heat resistance. Simplify3D presented some challenges in producing a solid top layer, so I had to increase the infill overlap to over 50%. In contrast, Slic3r successfully created a seamless top layer; however, I switched to Simplify to resolve issues with layer separation that I was experiencing. While it's possible that this wasn't a problem inherent to Slic3r, rather an issue with my settings, I'm not certain.
