I bought a micro sd to micro sd extension cable by mistake instead of a micro sd to sd cable. This design is the most impressive I've seen for a cable housing, so I imported the file into Tinkercad and modified it to fit my cable perfectly. It snapped in place with ease and sits flush, measuring 1.295 x 0.980 x 0.280 inches or 32.9 x 24.9 x 7.11 mm at the end of my extension cable. That might save you from printing it if your dimensions are different. I printed this upright at 0.28 layers, three walls, 25% infill, with no supports and it turned out beautifully. Thanks to BoothyBoothy for a great design - it looks like it came straight from the factory on my machine.
