Housing for sensors, Arduino and LASER barrier
cults3d
I wanted to complete my alarm with LASER barriers as in MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. The only solution to easily orientate the LASERS was to make a custom-made support with its case. A sphere base supports a small sphere that contains a LASER and an LDR cell, part 2 blocks the beam position on the mirror opposite. The mirror is glued on another sphere, same principle to return the beam to the other hole (LDR). My mirrors are cut in a hard disk disk, it's steel. The spherical part has a small hole in the front to introduce a steel rod to orient the beam and hold during the tightening of the 2 screws. The beams are directed so as not to harm the eyes of animals and humans circulating in the controlled area. Other bases include Base 35 LED, which allows the installation of 35 LEDs (only finish drilling for the quantity of LEDs to be installed). My use is installing LED INFRARED to complete the night lighting of the CAM. There's also an Ultra-Sonic base for the installation of an HC-SR04, modified on 01/10/2018, addition of 2 Holes for 5MM red LED (power) and green LED (detect). The holes are blind to keep a semblance of waterproofing if not used. If a LED is placed above the Quartz, place an insulating tape on the quartz. The base MQ-XX allows the installation of GAS detectors connected to ARDUINO. The unfinished holes above and below allow the POWER or DETECT LED to move in front of the box, for a view of the state. There's also a Potar base 10 or 12 mm that allows the quick installation of potentiometers or switches or push buttons. A base cover is just used to close the box, possibly allowing the installation of other equipment. The box is common but not necessary if installed on existing walls or boxes. There is no entry cable gland; silicone will seal the cable passage. I plan to make a base for a PIR-HC-501 motion detector, waiting for the part to take measurements. If you have other desired applications, "tell me"! For this very compact price there are 10 objects to download. And I can finally devote myself to the electronic part without worrying about the concrete installation..........
