Housing for relay board
prusaprinters
In order to be able to switch the Air Assist for the Laser cutter on and off via the software, I use a relay board. Since I switch 220V a housing with a proper strain relief was absolutely necessary. All parts can be printed without a support structure. For the housing I used threaded inserts which are pressed in by heating. For the mounting of the PCB I used M3 screws which are screwed directly into the spacers. For the strain reliefs I used 2mm screws. Through the small holes on the top you can see the state of the LEDs.
