Housing for Raspberry Pi Camera with ribbon to HDMI adapter
thingiverse
As title says, this is housing specifically designed for RPi Camera paired with an [HDMI to ribbon adapter](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDNBM63/). The housing is engineered to securely snap hold the RPi cam + HDMI adapter assembly in place, while the lid also features a snap fit design. This results in a tight and hard-to-remove closure, so be prepared to commit.\r\n\r\nThe mount is carefully crafted to fit seamlessly with the [Prusa MK3 Camera Bed Mount Arm](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2728660/files).\r\n\r\nBy incorporating snap fits throughout, I've avoided using screws, nuts and stand-offs made of nylon, which cannot effectively cut threads into printed parts. My design is minimalist by nature, with no excess room or bulk, and features an exposed HDMI port.\r\n\r\nA valuable bonus is the attachment to Prusa i3 MK3 Einsy/Rambo housing. If you're using RPi Zero with your Prusa, this housing will keep the other end of the HDMI to ribbon adapter securely in place. I used a [3 feet hdmi cable](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074FCPFV8) for an ideal fit.
