The base model required a more substantial build, so I added reinforcement to the sides and lengthened the reset button ramps. I also upgraded the USB and HDMI ports by replacing them with larger Raspberry modules. This adjustment allowed me to significantly expand the system's capabilities. In addition, I increased the overall height of the system to create more space for cable management, making it easier to route the cables through the system. For cooling purposes, I selected a fan from the thingiverse project titled "thing:255873", which offered a robust design that would efficiently manage the temperature within the system.
