Waterproof housing for electric bike boost converter: I purchased mine from aliexpress.com using the search term "1500W 30A DC-DC power supply module". The body is designed to fit a 32 mm pipe but will accommodate almost any diameter. For optimal performance, it should be installed in a relatively vertical position. Metal clamps up to 10 mm wide can be used; however, plastic alternatives are less reliable. To ensure a secure connection between the radiator and frame, they must be glued together. Additionally, holes on the radiator need to be sealed. I utilized XT60 connectors for my setup. Screws m3 near the clamp that fasten to the pipe can be replaced with steel rods for added strength. Holes in some model parts are intentionally designed to be slightly larger than needed for better printing; they can be easily cleaned afterwards.
