This is a full-scale replica of a Mediterranean residential complex in Montenegro designed by a professional architect. Product dimensions: 90m x 60m Originally created using 3ds Max 2011. USAGE This model is perfect for exterior visualization, real-time use, gaming, architecture consulting, and education. Units used: Meters GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality with a smooth edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested to ensure no holes, flipped normals or overlapping polygons exist. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details and edit the geometry. Scene objects are organized by layers: Details House_Proxy Masterplan Grass Trees INSTANCES All houses are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI with VRayCamera are included - the product is ready for out-of-the-box rendering. MATERIALS The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. All objects have UV mapping, and all materials are named properly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plugins are required. Trees and cars are not included in the scene.
