Household Object Ant Trap Covers
thingiverse
I created these covers to transform common household items into affordable pet-safe ant traps. I had several objects lying around that I used, including: * IKEA's KALAS bowl, often referred to as a children's bowl * The lid from a bottle of peanuts * The cap off a 1.75L bottle of liquor * An old soup can measuring between 14-16 ounces I intend to add more items to this list in the future, such as covers for milk bottle caps and tuna fish/cat food cans. Each cover features eight notches that keep rubber bands in place, preventing accidental removal. I designed these covers to be budget-friendly and quick to print. When printing these covers, I recommend using ABS or PETG materials if you plan on placing them in windows or areas with direct sunlight exposure.
