House with Office Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 and subsequently converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, with a 3dsmax scene rendered in Vray 3.00. I came across this design from Home Planners Inc through a paper article. My only alteration involved changing the three-car garage into a two-car garage with an added family room for kids to play in. Even the garage door mirrors the front elevation! Personally, I find the living/kitchen/dining arrangement quite unusual. The entertainment centre is actually from Architectural Digest's March 2014 issue (page 127). The office cabinets are standard sectional units. One option for the office is transforming the window facing the porch into a private entrance. Alternatively, it could serve as a fourth bedroom. A covered patio can be found at the rear of the property. This design can be classified as a billboard house, with the attractive facade facing the front and the remainder of the exterior being plain. The windows consist of 4 over 4 faux divided lites, while other windows are casements, except for those in the dining area, which match the ones at the front.
