House with Model Railroad Free 3D model

This 3D model was initially designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp, with the 3dsmax scene optimized for 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00. This particular house features a Flexible House concept with an integrated HO model railroad located within its bonus room. The design was created by piecing together various sections that I have available, as well as new ones crafted from scratch. My layout includes a classification yard and a staging yard, currently showcasing only plywood tracks. While my present setup is highly detailed, there are plans to enhance the scene with more features in the future. I utilize Easy DCC for my control system to manage and manipulate the model's settings.
