House Wren Model Highly Detailed Quad Geometry Rigged and Animated for: Autodesk Maya, Cinema4D, Blender, Lightwave 8.5 and up, 3DS MAX 8 and up Models come with pre-animated scenes to get started quickly. Wings are animated using each of three bones. They are folded using several morph targets. Adjustments can be made to spread wing tip feathers or tail. ------------------------- Main controlling object is ROOT bone Several scene files are provided: Base Scene (no animation, base pose) Fly loop, Land and Take Off Feet and legs are controlled by LT-Foot and RT-Foot respectively in Lightwave, by LT-FootControl and RT-FootControl in Max. Two 'neck' bones, a 'head' bone, lower beak bone are included. Twenty morph targets are provided in Lightwave and sixteen morph targets in Max for fine tuning expression changes. The eight 'Mouth' phonemes are controlled by 8 Morph targets in object => Properties=> Deform mode (Lightwave), in Modify >> Morpher in Maya, and also open closed with a bone. Wings have three bones each with Morph positions for folding: Fold-01, FlatToSides-WingTip01 etc (in Lightwave) WingtipSpread etc (in Max). The Tail spreads are controlled via morph target 'Tail-Spread'. Tail-bone controls the rotation. Twelve Toe-Bones control foot position. Wings can be folded using morphs listed. The Eyelids, Eyebrows DN and UP manipulations are done using morph targets in object=>properties>deform mode in Lightwave (or Modify>Morphers) . Be careful folding wings using bones - it can lead to distortions! Use 'zeroing' out wing positions to prevent it or fold just before Morphing. ------------ Models are rendered high resolution, with use of sub-patching on Turbosmooth and much fewer Vertices and Polygons used compared to rendered scene: Lightwave: Original geometry (rendered) -13,394 vert -9,630 polyg Sub-patched -162.705 vert -144,600 polygon 3ds max : (Render Geometry) 13.395 - real model verts - 9,650 poly's. Turbosmoth model verts 45,500 polys Feathers are simple geometric shapes no plugins required and the models can be rendered quick due to less detail: RGB images RGB or greyscale at 200 dpi. High res PNG at size 2666x2666 pixels.
