This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 before being converted to all other 3D formats seamlessly. Its native format is .skp, while a 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 and is rendered using Vray 3.00. The Barcelona building was designed by Francesc Roca i Simó in 1910, a prominent example of Catalan Modernist style or Art Nouveau architecture prevailing at the time. Upon its completion, it was inaugurated as the House of Spain on January 4, 1914, with José María Buyo serving as one of its principal founder members. This architectural gem is highly regarded for its uniqueness and value, thus earning it protected Grade 1b-A status.
