I used GIMP and Blender to process the original image source (in-game symbol of House of Tides), then modelled the pendant in Inkscape. The Qunari, also known as "People of the Qun", is a massive, white-haired, metallic-skinned race governing island nations like Par Vollen and Seheron, as well as Kont-Aar and Qundalon settlements in Rivain and Anderfels respectively. The House of Tides is their primary symbol and flag.
