House Numbers

I created the digits 0 through 9 so you can make almost any house number imaginable. Print the letters or numbers on a material that withstands weather conditions. Anything but PLA won't suffice, though - you could use sand and spray paint your PLA instead. A layer height of 0.25mm is ideal for the numbers, while pins should be printed at 0.15mm thick. Make two pins per number to ensure stability. The font used was Arial Bold, with each number measuring 107mm in height and 15mm in thickness. To secure the pins, create a kerf of approximately 5mm deep within the tubes using a mini hacksaw. One kerf is sufficient; I could have designed it, but sawing proves to be more effective than printing in this instance. This way, the pin fits perfectly inside the tube. When inserting or removing the pin, push or pull straight to avoid breaking it. You can use screws with a sunken head of 4 x 39mm, where the head measures 7.8mm in diameter. Assemble these screws for silhouetting drill holes.
