Easy-to-make, this house model, sized at 1mm equating to 1 foot (1:304.8), is roughly half the scale of an n-scale railway model (1:148 or 1:160). According to Wikipedia's Rail transport modelling scales, it fits perfectly in the ZZ scale (1:300) as well. The creation process in SketchUp was quite manageable.
