A small house stood isolated, abandoned to the whims of time and nature. Its walls, once a warm and inviting yellow, now faded to a dull grey, as if the very life had been drained from them. A rusty roof creaked and groaned, its metal seams split wide open like a gaping mouth, exposing the dark secrets within.
