This 3D model was originally built with Sketchup 8 and then converted to various other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are generated in 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Does this bungalow house have anything to do with the Japanese Tea houses? Is it situated in the distant Far East? If you answered yes to either question, I'm afraid you're incorrect. However, if you said it was in Paulwall then congratulations are in order - you are indeed correct! Take a look at this small house located just west of the downtown metro area and you'll realize it's nothing more than an ordinary rectangular bungalow. Its sharp peaks and long planks were inspired by traditional Japanese homes made from wood and rice paper. Thank goodness no part of this house is made from paper! The porch and chimneys are clad with stucco while the walls boast a shingle style design. Don't stop here, come on inside to marvel at striking millwork throughout the interior. The bungalow features built-in shelving units, and the dining room showcases impressive millwork of its own - including an integrated cabinet. What's more, you get access to your very own private porch from the dining room, hard to believe, I know! The kitchen boasts retro appliances that have a real retro vibe going on. In back, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sleeping porch - or third bedroom, depending on how you look at it. Those areas are relatively less ornate. Several other bungalows can be found in the area with designs similar to this one, although without the Oriental-style patterns that give this house its unique flair. I hope you like this cozy little home and please don't hesitate to rate!
