To enhance the model, I added a bonus room and implemented an optional kitchen configuration, followed by deletion of basement stairs to refine the layout. The existing design received minor internal modifications to accommodate this change. Initially, this 3D model presents itself as a three-bedroom split design, dividing its bedroom spaces with a central living-dining-kitchen section. Dining area functionality bridges the space between the kitchen and living room seamlessly. A bonus room installation necessitated roof adjustments on one side for balance.
