This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 and subsequently converted into various other 3D formats. Native format remains .skp, while 3dsmax scene was built using 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. It's hard to imagine that this modern contemporary abode was once nestled within a cluster of old, rusting shipping containers in some cargo ship yard. The Paulwall family bought these containers for less than three thousand dollars each and utilized them to build their home. However, due to strict zoning regulations imposed by the city council, such houses are not permitted inside Paulwall city limits. Consequently, this house is situated just a short distance outside of Paulwall's borders on the north-east side. Five shipping containers were stacked like logs and welded together to create this unique abode. Inside, you'll find an array of features. Walk into a cozy living room with a wood stove and kitchen beyond. The pantry boasts a refrigerator and additional cabinets. This area also houses a laundry room, powder room, dining area, and storage room downstairs. Upon ascending the stairs, you'll discover a study featuring a pull-down table. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are conveniently located, as is the master closet, which has an unusual rail by the door for hanging clothes. This house stands out for its unconventional design and I hope you enjoy exploring it! Please take a moment to rate your experience!
